How To Send
Your Package

Box Size

Decide on the size of the box and give us call to so we can drop it off at your home.

Deposit

We will collect a $100 deposit

Shipping Form

Fill out the shipping form completely.

Including name, address, and phone number of sender & recipient. Also, provide a full lists of items and estimated value.

Return Box

Give us a call to pick up the sealed box and the shipping form from your house. The box must be within weight limits, no bulging.

Payment

Payment collected will be based on the size of the box minus the $100 deposit.

Delivery Date

We'll provide an estimate delivery date based on the country of destination and the date it leaves our warehouse

Payment

The sender is responsible for all costs of shipping & handling.

Packaging

The customer is responsible for properly packing & sealing the box.

Weight

We will not accept any package over the weight limits or bulging. Mexico has a 150lbs limit.

Recipient

The sender is responsible for placing on the box and on the shipping form the updated and complete name, address, and phone number of the person receiving the package. Include the zip code when sending to Mexico

List of Items

It is necessary to provide a detailed list of all items contained in the box.

Fees & Penalties

If the sender sends any of the items not permitted (see list below) The sender will be held liable and responsible for all fines or penalties imposed by the country of destination plus any surcharges imposed by the our company.
